How do I report a comment, pin, or profile?

Press and hold any comment for options, or use the "Report" link on any pin sheet or performer profile. Reports come straight to us and we review them promptly. You can also block any user from the same menus — you'll stop seeing their content immediately.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. It's permanent and removes your profile, pins, comments, follows, saved events and history. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.

How does verification work?

Performers can apply in the app (Profile → Get verified) with an Instagram handle, a Spotify for Artists screenshot, or an ID document. A human reviews every request — usually within a couple of days.

What do pins cost?

During the beta, every performer gets free credits. One pin costs one credit, and cancelling before your start time refunds it automatically.

Something on the map is wrong

Official listings come from Skiddle and can change at the organiser's end. If something looks off, report the pin in the app or email us and we'll chase it.
