support@getwhatson.appPress and hold any comment for options, or use the "Report" link on any pin sheet or profile. Reports come straight to us and we review them promptly. You can also block any user from the same menus — you'll stop seeing their content immediately.
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It's permanent and removes your profile, pins, comments, follows, saved events and history. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.
Verified badges are for hosts and organisers. Apply in the app (Profile → Get verified) with an Instagram handle or an ID document. A human reviews every request — usually within a couple of days.
During the beta, every account starts with free pins. One pin costs one credit, and cancelling before your start time refunds it automatically.
WhatsOn is for ages 18 and up during the beta.
Official listings come from Skiddle and can change at the organiser's end. If something looks off, report the pin in the app or email us and we'll chase it.
